Refunds - Exchanges - Cancellations
I will gladly accept a cancellation if the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase. If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can rectify any issues that were caused by an error on my end. Due to the handmade nature of these products, small imperfections are to be expected. Coloring and patterns (ex. marbling, abstract designs, terrazzo, stone replications, etc.) will differ slightly from what is pictured. Laptop, tablet, and phone screen displays may alter the coloring slightly. Please be sure to read the product description carefully prior to placing your order.
Shipping
Each item is carefully packaged. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the package has been shipped (check your spam or promotion folder if you don't as the email was likely filed there). I have no control over the shipment once USPS takes possession of the order.
- Not liable for the amount of time USPS takes to scan a package after it has been dropped off.
- Not liable if USPS loses a package and will not give refunds on this basis.
- If a package is marked as "delivered" but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to your local USPS office.
International Shipping
The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply to international orders.
