Refunds - Exchanges - Cancellations
I will gladly accept a cancellation if the request is submitted within 12 hours of purchase. If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can rectify any issues that were caused by an error on my end. Due to the handmade nature of these products, small imperfections are to be expected. Coloring and patterns (ex. marbling) will differ slightly from what is pictured. This is especially important to remember for abstract designs. Laptop / phone screen displays may alter the coloring slightly. Please be sure to read the product description carefully prior to placing your order.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once the package has been shipped. I have no control over the shipment once USPS takes possession of the order. If a package is marked as "delivered" but you are unable to locate the package, please reach out to your local USPS office. Each item is carefully packaged in a cotton-filled box and then shipped within a bubblewrap, waterproof mailer. Because of this, I will not refund or accept a return for damages incurred during transit.
I am not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
